APOSTLESHIP OF PRAYER

General: That the governments of every nation, in their policies
and development plans, should always take account of the poor,
emargitated and oppressed.

Mission: That each individual Church should be aware of the ever
greater urgency of preparing holy Christians, capable of comfronting
challenges to the new evangelizations.

DAILY OFFERING: God, our Father, I offer you my day. I offer you my
prayers, thoughts, words, actions and sufferings in union with Your Son
Jesus Christ, who continues to offer Himself in the Eucharist for the
salvation of the world. May the Holy Spirit, Who guided Jesus, be my
guide and my strength today so that I may witness to Your Love. With Mary, t
he mother of our Lord and of the Church, I pray especially for this month's
intentions as proposed by the Holy Father.

OBS: Sorry friends! My Saints could not march this week. Got into a glutonous fest of food and wine. The occasion was the International Gourmand Cook Books Awards, sort of Nobel prize for gastronomy and sabyritan orgasm.

It is Edward Cointreau who organizes the annual event. You can imagine the elixir and delicacies that tempted the palate.

At my sorry age it takes me a couple of days to recover from such orgies.
